Our Story

DANA – I am a native of Southern California and studied photography at the Art Center College of Design before starting my own business. With over 15 years of photographic experience, my work includes portrait, wedding, commercial, editorial, and event photography. A background in fine art has shaped my photographic style and approach in order to create timeless, distinctive, and unique images. Based in Southern California, I am also available for travel.

ESTHER – I was raised in Ecuador and grew up around photography as my father enjoyed taking pictures and had his own darkroom. At 19, I moved to Southern California to pursue higher education. This led to working international students at Azusa Pacific University and traveling to 35 countries. With experience in leadership , customer service, and marketing, my work with Dana Attebery Photography is not behind the lens, but behind the scenes on the business side of things and working together with our customers.

Dana Attebery Photography was founded in 1998.
